For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the bd3222 website accessible at https://bd3222.app and all associated services, products, and features offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers an account on bd3222 or otherwise accesses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player on the bd3222 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held within a Player's Account, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a casino game, sports event, or any other betting market offered by bd3222.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

By accessing, browsing, or using the bd3222 Platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.

These Terms & Conditions apply in conjunction with any additional policies published on bd3222, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion terms published alongside individual bonus offers. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the more specific document shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any other person or legal entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, agent, or close family member of a current employee of bd3222 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and with your own funds — not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not suffering from a self-exclusion order or any similar restriction on any other licensed gambling platform that covers the type of activity you intend to engage in on bd3222.

bd3222 uses automated systems and manual review procedures to detect underage gambling. Any Account found to have been registered by or used by a minor will be permanently closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method where technically possible.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on bd3222. The operation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. bd3222 employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts will be closed, bonus funds will be forfeited, and any pending withdrawal requests may be voided pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your Account. bd3222 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to provide or maintain accurate Account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bd3222 strongly recommends that Players use a unique, complex password and enable any additional security features made available on the Platform. Any activity conducted via your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility, unless you have notified bd3222 in writing of unauthorised access.

4.4 KYC Verification

bd3222 operates a Know Your Customer process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card, passport, driving licence, or utility bill confirming your name and address. Accounts that have not completed the required KYC verification may have deposit, withdrawal, and wagering privileges suspended until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

bd3222 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn from time to time at bd3222's discretion.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
• Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, depending on the payment method used and your Account verification status.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.
• bd3222 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which bd3222 accepts no responsibility.
• bd3222 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

All deposits are processed in real time. If your deposit does not appear in your Account balance within ten minutes, you should contact bd3222 support with proof of the transaction before initiating any further deposits. bd3222 will investigate and resolve confirmed missing deposits within one business day.

Players may request a withdrawal of their real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes during active operating hours for bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make at least one successful deposit on your Account, or to an alternative verified method approved through the KYC process.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• If you have an active bonus on your Account, the associated wagering requirements must be completed, or the bonus must be forfeited, before a withdrawal can be processed.
• bd3222 reserves the right to conduct additional security and identity checks before processing any withdrawal request. These checks may delay payment by up to 48 hours in exceptional circumstances.

6.2 Withdrawal Limits

Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be communicated to Players within the Account section of the Platform. bd3222 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures to large withdrawal requests, including requesting supporting documentation to confirm the source of funds.

6.3 Failed Withdrawals

If a withdrawal cannot be completed due to a technical failure with the payment provider, bd3222 will return the funds to your Account balance and notify you promptly. You may then re-initiate the withdrawal request or contact support for assistance.

bd3222 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to individual promotion terms in addition to the general rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and held separately from your real-money balance until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Unless otherwise specified in a promotion's terms, the standard wagering requirement for any bonus is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not meeting the requirement within the specified period will expire and be removed from your Account.
• bd3222 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes will not affect bonuses that have already been accepted and are actively being wagered through.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
• The use of multiple Accounts, payment method sharing, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the disqualification of all related Accounts and the forfeiture of all bonus and associated winning balances.

All bets placed on bd3222 are subject to the specific game rules of the product being played. By placing a wager, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game or betting market in question.

• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• bd3222 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an erroneous price or odds resulting from a technical or human error, or where the outcome of the event was known to the Player at the time of placing the bet.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at bd3222's discretion, including during periods of significant price movement or following major in-game events.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and will be visible within the bet placement interface. bd3222 reserves the right to restrict the maximum wager available to any individual Player on any market at any time.
• Cricket betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, are governed by the general sports betting rules applicable at the time of the market's creation.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live human dealers in the case of Evolution Gaming and Ezugi live casino products. bd3222 does not manipulate game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bd3222 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement or financial regulatory bodies:

• Fraud — Including chargebacks, disputed transactions raised without legitimate grounds, or use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money Laundering — Using bd3222 to deposit, move, or withdraw funds that are derived from illegal activities.
• Collusion — Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including match-fixing in sports betting markets.
• Automated Software — Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, or any software that interacts with bd3222 in a manner not authorised by human manual input.
• Arbitrage Betting — Exploiting promotional offers, free bets, or odds discrepancies in a systematic manner to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Account Sharing — Allowing any other person to access or operate your Account.
• Impersonation — Registering an Account using false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Hacking or System Interference — Attempting to gain unauthorised access to bd3222's systems, databases, or back-end infrastructure.

All content on the bd3222 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of bd3222 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from bd3222 without prior written consent.
• Use any automated data collection tools (including scrapers, spiders, or robots) on the Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software.
• Use the bd3222 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any context without explicit written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd3222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from service interruptions or technical failures.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any delay in processing deposits, withdrawals, or wager settlements caused by third-party payment providers or network infrastructure failures outside bd3222's reasonable control.

bd3222 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access to some or all features. bd3222 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

12.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting bd3222 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, bd3222 will process any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Closure requests cannot be processed while a withdrawal is pending or while an active bonus wagering requirement remains on the Account (you may forfeit the bonus to proceed).

12.2 Termination by bd3222

bd3222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery that the Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity as described in Section 9.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Any other situation where bd3222 reasonably believes continued operation of the Account poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform or other Players.

Where an Account is closed by bd3222 due to a breach, any balance associated with the breach — including winnings derived from prohibited activities — may be forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with the breach will be returned where technically and legally possible.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your experience on bd3222, you should follow the process set out below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise the issue with bd3222's customer support team via live chat or by email at [email protected]. Please provide as much detail as possible, including your Account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and the transaction reference number if applicable.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction at Step 1 within 72 hours, you may submit a formal written complaint by email. bd3222 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full written response within seven (7) business days.
• Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following bd3222's formal response, you may seek independent advice or pursue any remedies available to you under applicable law.

bd3222's decision following the formal complaint process is final with respect to all matters of game outcome, bet settlement, and bonus qualification, provided that such decisions are consistent with these Terms & Conditions and the relevant game or betting market rules.

bd3222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bd3222 will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where a change is particularly significant, bd3222 may also notify registered Players via email or in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of bd3222 after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of any verified real-money balance.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and best industry practice. bd3222 operates as a platform targeting the Bangladesh market and acknowledges the laws and regulations applicable to Players located in Bangladesh.

bd3222 does not make representations regarding the legality of online gambling in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of bd3222 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction before registering an Account or placing any wager.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the process set out in Section 13 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable governing territory, as determined by the applicable law in force at the time of the dispute.
